Future Concepts is a Contemporary Floral Design Group affiliated to the North Midlands Area of the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies.

'Sucess at the Chelsea Flower Show! Judi Cripps and Wendy Feenan staged the club exhibit in the Floral Design Marque. Their design 'Treasures of the Garden' was awarded a Silver-Gilt medal in the first session of the week.'

In September the Group entered the North Midlands Area of NAFAS Showcase - 'Fiore'. Barbara Ball gained a second prize for her interpretation of 'Intermezzo' The exhibits were staged outside and no flowers were allowed in the design..

The visit to the Gregor Lersch Advent Event at Bad Neuenahar was enjoyed by all. Gregor’s Nursery was enchanting with designs placed throughout the grounds and indoor rooms. It was interesting to see his shops in the Town where there were more stunning displays. In the evening we went to a presentation hosted by Gregor, amazingly, he slipped from one foreign language to another as he introduced the work of three other designers, from Barcelona, Buenos Aires and the United Kingdom.
